The Story Behind The Collected Coastal

The Collected Coastal was born from a lifelong love of place shaped by water.

From the harbors of Northern Michigan and New England fishing villages to Danish seaside towns and the sun faded shores of the South of France, I have always been drawn to places where water, history, and everyday beauty meet.

What began as a collection of favorite objects slowly became something more- a way of gathering the feeling of these places and bringing them home. Vintage maritime finds, weathered woods, antique textiles, collected shells, coastal gardens, old photographns, and pieces that tell a story all find their way here.

The Collected Coastal is not simply about decorating. It is about creating a home that feels layered, lived in and connected to the places that inspire us. It’s a celebration of shorelines near and far, of old harbors and quiet cottages, of simple rituals and meaningful objects.
