US domestic shipping
All orders are processed within five business days from the date the order is received. Each item is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed and shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS flat rate services, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss available options and provide accommodations whenever possible.
During the holiday season, orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days.
*We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
Non-Combined Shipping Items
Some items are marked with a Shipping Note in the product description. These items are considered non-combined shipping items due to their size, weight, fragility, or unusual shape.
If multiple non-combined items are purchased, each item may require its own shipping charge and packaging. Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

International shipping
The Collected Coastal does not currently offer international shipping through our website.
If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in purchasing an item, please contact us prior to placing your order. We may be able to provide a custom shipping quote on select items.

Due to the vintage and antique nature of our collection, all sales are final.
We strive to accurately photograph and describe each item. Signs of age, wear, patina, and imperfections are considered part of the character and history of vintage and antique goods and should be expected.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item, packaging materials, and shipping label so we may assist with a shipping claim.
